Chocolate Coffee Crinkle Cookies
Ingredients
168g butter, melted and cooled
43g cocoa
200g sugar
2TBS maple syrup
1 egg
1tsp vanilla
2tsp instant coffee
188g flour
1.5tsp baking soda
1/2tsp salt
100g sugar for rolling
Notes In a bowl, mix the cocoa and maple syrup into the butter. In another bowl mix the flour, soda and salt. Add 200g sugar, egg, vanilla extract and coffee into the butter mixture. Stir dry ingredients into wet. Scoop dough out and roll into bowl of 100g sugar. Then put onto baking sheets. Bake at 180C for 10-12 minutes.
